Okay, there’s something weird going on.
We all know Moffat’s this genius who likes to hide hints in EVERYTHING. Matt did mention that there was a clue about Season 7 in the Eleventh Hour, and I’m currently investigating.
The weirdest thing I found is this.
Rory’s Identification card as a nurse for Leadworth Hospital was ISSUED November 30, 1990. The current year when that episode was set was 2008 (since June 26, 2010 was Rory and Amy’s wedding day, which was 2 years after the Prisoner Zero incident). If you do the math, this means that Rory has been a nurse for EIGHTEEN YEARS.
No wait. Scratch that. I’m only assuming that he just graduated from college when he started working for the Leadworth hospital. It’s possible that he had been a nurse for much LONGER, and only applied for a job in Leadworth in 1990.
What. I mean - what?
You need about 4 years of nursing school, not to mention high school and elementary. As we’ve seen from the flashbacks in Amy’s life during “Let’s Kill Hitler,” Rory wasn’t exactly the kind of genius kid who entered college at the age of 7. And he doesn’t look like he’s in his late 30s either.
So what is it with that license/ID card? I doubt it’s a mistake, the camera ZOOMED IN on it during the episode, anyone was bound to notice if it was a blip.
But if it was done on purpose, WHAT DOES IT FUCKING MEAN IT’S MY BIRTHDAY TOMORROW AND I CAN’T FUCKING SLEEP BECAUSE OF THIS SHIT
